No matter how large or small, water damage in your home or business is no joking matter. Safety should ALWAYS come first when dealing with water issues, or any other kind of damage near family, pets, employees or guests. Please take note of the following during a water emergency:

  • Determine whether it is safe to stay inside the damaged house or structure?
  • Electrical and "slip and fall" hazards are among the most primary concerns, so make sure you’re careful when walking through or leaving the house.
  • Only attempt activities that are safe for you to perform. Let the professionals do the rest!
  • Materials that have become wet or that have absorbed water can be very heavy and extremely cumbersome and slippery. Do not try to remove large or wet items from the home. Take valuables or small sentimental items if necessary.
